A Glimpse into the Past: When Airplanes Had Bunk Beds!
Aaj kal jab hum hawai safar ka sochte hain, to hamaray zehan mein aksar tang seats aur mehdood (limited) space ka tasawwur aata hai. Lekin hamesha se aisa nahi tha. Ek waqt tha, jise “Hawai Safar ka Sunehri Daur” (Golden Age of Air Travel) kaha jaata hai, jab jahaz mein safar karna ek pur-asaish (luxurious) tajarba hua karta tha. Isi daur ki ek aisi anokhi sahulat (facility) thi jis par aaj yaqeen karna mushkil hai: jahazon mein bunk beds! - Badalta Mizaaj: Hawai safar ek luxury tajarbay se nikal kar aam admi ki zaroorat ban gaya. Logon ki tawajjah asaish se zyada apni manzil par jaldi aur sasta pohanchnay par ho gayi.

Agarche 1960s ke bunk beds ab maazi ka hissa hain, lekin unka wirsa (legacy) aaj bhi zinda hai. Aaj ki modern airlines ke First Class aur Business Class mein “lie-flat” seats aur private suites ka concept darasal usi puranay daur ki asaish se mutasir (inspired) hai.
